Cancellation Policy
CANCELS/ RESCHEDULES: Please give a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment otherwise a 50% fee will be charged for the scheduled service. You will not be able to rebook until fee is paid. LATE ARRIVALS: Late arrivals over 10 minutes are subject to be rescheduled and marked as a last minute cancellation. Please communicate with me if running behind. REFUNDS: No refunds on any services completed by me. If having retention issues, you have a 3-day mark to contact me to fix it otherwise will be subject to fees. *Please ask for a patch test before booking a service if prone to/ suspect allergic reactions to lash products as this won’t waive my refund policy* By booking with me, you agree to my policies.
